The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday, 5:00pm-2:00am or until work is complete. Over‑time and rotating Saturdays are required as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require additional over‑time.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires, assisting with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; for commercial tires perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
- When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Operate safely at heights up to 25 feet while handling stock racks and equipment.
- Remain on the move, being willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work over‑time as required.
- Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments, such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call, depending on business needs.

While performing job duties, the employee must be able to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must routinely lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling commercial tires. Team lifts or mechanical equipment may be required. Protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL) is required and provided by the company except for the toe boots.
The work environment may expose the employee to weather conditions and moderate noise levels; fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants may be present.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- One year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work over‑time as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC / marijuana).
