Looking for Mig/Tig Welders with Vertical Welding experience

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and assembling metal components using a variety of techniques while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use electricity and torches to weld and join components made from steel, titanium, copper, and other metals
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical sketches to complete jobs according to specifications
  • Evaluate equipment, materials, and job requirements to determine proper welding methods and positions
  • Set up, operate, and monitor welding equipment to ensure proper usage and temperature control
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards, codes, and specifications to ensure compliance with building and legal requirements
  • Apply a variety of welding techniques across different materials and applications
  • Operate specialized industrial welding machinery or oversee automated robotic welding systems
  • Inspect work environments for potential hazards and maintain proper ventilation to prevent exposure to harmful particles or gases
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment such as heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety footwear

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in welding or a related field
  • 1 1/16th dual shield flux core wire experience/training
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
  • Strong understanding of welding safety standards and procedures
  • Familiarity with multiple welding techniques and equipment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
