Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are currently partnering with multiple clients in the Chicagoland area that are seeking experienced industrial Maintenance Technicians!

• DIRECT HIRE
• Pay range 90k+Depending on Experience
• Opportunities available on Day Shift 7 am - 4pm pm
• Fulltime Benefits available including 401k, health insurance, PTO, etc.
• Core locations around the Chicagoland area include but are not limited to:
  Gurnee, Niles, Franklin Park, Elk Grove Village, Alsip, Lockport IL.

• Proficient in working with a wide range of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Need to have experience in repairing blow molding machines and tech automation!!!!!!!
• Manage maintenance team, parts, and equipment.
• Coach and direct the Maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and company policies and procedures.
• Work with the Production Manager and the VP of Engineering and Manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate maintenance with manufacturing activities to meet production schedules.
• Communicate with quality and production teams to support production needs.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Monitor the performance of production equipment to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and compliance with all regulations.
• Manage employee selection, training, performance evaluation, documentation, salary, and termination processes.
• Maintain a positive, proactive labor environment and handle employee issues effectively.

• 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations preferred.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees individually and in groups.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
