Trillium Staffing is hiring Production Workers for a growing machine shop in Peoria Heights, IL.
The Production Worker will support various departments within the shop and assist with a wide range of entry-level manufacturing duties. Responsibilities may vary throughout the day based on production needs and can include assembly work, packaging, operating wash bay equipment, performing leak testing, material handling, and assisting machinists.
Duties and responsibilities will include:- Assembling components and finished products from blueprints and schematics.
- Working in the wash bay cleaning parts and components.
- Performing leak testing and basic quality checks.
- Preparing parts for shipment.
- Moving materials throughout the facility.
- Supporting Machinists as needed.
The Production Worker is a 1st shift position, 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Pay is $20/hour. This position is full-time and temp-to-hire. This company also offers a competitive benefits package upon company hire.
Qualifications:- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
