Hiring:
Senior Process Engineer | Chicago, IL | Pharmaceutical CDMO
We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join a growing pharmaceutical CDMO in Colorado. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in aseptic manufacturing, fill-finish operations, and process optimization within a cGMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize fill line and isolator performance to improve operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot and implement process improvements for aseptic manufacturing processes
- Support automated vial filling equipment, isolators, and associated systems
- Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs, batch records, and process documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement
- Support formulation, filling, and autoclave-related operations
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO manufacturing experience
- Hands‑on experience with EMA and Optima fill lines
- Strong aseptic process troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and manufacturing processes
- Experience with fill‑finish operations and isolator technology
- Reliability Engineering experience
- Experience in fast‑paced manufacturing environments
