Shift and hours: 2nd, 4:30pm-1am.
Starting Pay: $20
Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Metal Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with stroke sanders and the ability to polish metal parts.
Key Responsibilities- Operate stroke sanders and related polishing equipment safely and effectively
- Polish and finish metal parts to a consistent finish
- Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Follow production schedules and meet required deadlines
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Experience using stroke sanders in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of metal polishing techniques
- Ability to achieve #4 finish and food‑grade quality
- Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, lift, and work with hands‑on tasks for extended periods
- Steel toe boots required
