Responsibilities:- Apply sealcoat to asphalt surfaces to protect and extend their life.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and repairing cracks before application.
- Operate seal coating equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress.
- Previous experience in seal coating or related field preferred.
- Ability to operate seal coating machinery and tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
