The Material Handler is responsible for driving stand‑up reach, storing, moving, and handling products and materials. Material Handlers work in a structured work environment to minimize safety risks. They must be reliable and able to work with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.

• Identify, transport, pack, remove and dispose of products and materials.
• Operate stand‑up forklifts, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load/unload orders.
• Maintain inventory levels as directed.
• Feed lines with product as scheduled or directed by supervision or line leads.
• Ship and receive materials throughout the duration of shift.
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner.
• Count, weigh, record numbers of units or materials moved or handled.
• Ensure that product moved is identified and labeled correctly.
• Perform required housekeeping to maintain 5S and keep work areas clean (e.g., sweeping floors, putting trash into containers, and picking stray product up from the floor).
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Knowledgeable in GMPs or willingness to learn.
• Obtain forklift certification within 90 days.
• Operate stand‑up reach and extended forklifts.
• Solid math skills.
• Understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Read and write in English (preferred).

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Previous material handling experience a plus, varies by location.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various machines, noise levels, and temperatures.
• Teamwork and respectful professional communication.
• Available to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, and across shifts.

• Reaching with hands/arms throughout the day.
• Lift up to 90 lbs assisted and 40 lbs unassisted.
• Stand up to 80% of the scheduled time.
• Walk, climb and/or balance throughout shift.

Starting Pay:
Material Handler Level I $16.90/hr a shift differential is offered for 2nd Shift opportunities. Base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees including health, dental, 401(k) and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment.
