Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor is the on-the-floor leader responsible for directing the assembly team. This role focuses on ensuring day-to-day operations are carried out effectively and safely in accordance with quality standards. The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in meeting production goals and ensuring assemblers have the necessary resources to perform their duties efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear day-to-day direction to shift team members.
- Ensure assembly processes are correctly followed and quality standards are consistently met.
- Enforce ISO protocols, PPE requirements, and contamination control procedures for all team members.
- Partner with the Production Manager to align shift output with production goals and schedules.
- Participate in hiring decisions and provide input on team member advancement and development.
- Oversee the training of new team members on production tasks, processes, and cleanroom standards.
- Recommend and, where authorized, enforce corrective action consistent with company policy.
- Assist the production team with assembly tasks as needed.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on production processes and standards.
- Advise on the creation and revision of Production Operating Procedures.
- Support quality testing on assembled units.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
