Overview
This position is responsible for advancing customer awareness and engagement for the SAI brand, product and after-market service portfolio across priority industries and media channels. The role requires a demonstrated ability to drive effective customer communication and engagement, supported by strong strategic leadership to design and implement short-term, mid-term, and long‑term initiatives. These efforts will play a critical role in strengthening SAI’s brand equity and market presence.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead customer-centric website strategy focused on driving customer awareness, engagement and lead generation/conversion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline website enhancements through new product introductions, capacity and capabilities expansions with best-in-class user experience in a mobile-first digital environment.
- Oversee content architecture, messaging, frameworks and customer journeys
- Develop and guide social media communication strategies aligned with brand engagement goals (e.g., Linkedin, B2B social partnerships etc.).
- Ensure timely, relevant and authentic interactions with customers across platforms.
- Build SAI brand architecture, positioning, brand standards and guidelines to drive brand consistency across all customer and associate touchpoints.
- Develop analytical framework to assess SAI engagement metrics across website and social platforms versus performance metrics of leading competitors.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone and visual identity across digital and corporate communications.
- Obtain information from customers to determine specific requirements, attitudes, effects of current and potential regulations and other information that may affect marketing strategies
- Monitor brand perception and engagement metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements
- Maintain a competitor information system that provides rapid, up-to-date information for short and long-term planning. Develop competitor analysis containing key activities and statistics.
- Analyze social performance and community feedback to refine engagement approaches
- Shape corporate messaging for external audiences, including brand announcements, thought leadership and campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership and communications teams to ensure clarity, consistency and impact.
- Support internal alignment by translating corporate narratives into customer relevant messaging.
- Act as a strategic bridge between marketing, digital communications and customer-facing teams.
- Champion customer-first thinking in planning and execution across initiatives.
- Guide agencies and external partners to deliver on brand and engagement standards
- Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job.
- Manage website content writing, proofing, and updating as needed.

Education and/or Experience- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, Digital Media or or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, brand management, digital strategy, or corporate communications
- Proven track record of driving engagement through websites, social media, and integrated communication strategies
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, UX principles and digital analytics.
- Experience working in cross-function, matrixed environments
- Strategic thinking with a strong
-customer centric mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate data and insights into clear engagement strategies
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
- Comfortable balancing long-term brand vision with hands on execution
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Word, Access), Adobe Acrobat, Digital Media, Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and other media platforms
- Ability to work as part of the SAI team to provide marketing support
- Proactive and self-motivated in marketing duties.
- Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency that will permit the applicant to function in the position (such as defining brand strategy, posting media on social network platforms, interacting with customer, vendors and teams)
