Position OverviewThe Marketing Director will oversee all marketing initiatives for Messing Roofing, developing and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role is ideal for a results‑driven marketing leader with experience in home services, construction, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and website optimization
- Oversee branding, messaging, and company reputation across all platforms
- Lead marketing campaigns to generate qualified roofing leads (residential and commercial)
- Track performance metrics, ROI, and marketing analytics to improve results
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with customer needs
- Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively
- Support community outreach, sponsor ships, and local advertising efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including leadership or director‑level responsibilities
- Proven success in lead generation and digital marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of local service‑based business marketing
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Creative thinker with a data‑driven approach
