Marketing Manager

CORE Construction is looking a Marketing Professional to join our Marketing team for the Central IL region. This person will work along our executives, preconstruction and operations teams to lead and manage project pursuits to secure construction management contracts for CORE. This individual will design and write proposals and statements of qualifications, lead and create content for interviews, oversee social media content for the office, lead event planning, oversee all community outreach and overall publicity of the construction projects themselves and our company.

• Minimum of two years of experience as part of marketing team
• Professional Degree in marketing, graphic design, business or a related field preferred
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Technology:
  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Basic understanding of the architecture/construction industry
• Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
• Expectations:
  Attention to detail, excellent communication (written and verbal), creative and artistic design capabilities, strong organizational skills, ability to interact as part of a team
• This is an in-office position in the Peoria IL office.
• This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
