POD Marketing Specialist

• Manage assigned marketing projects from planning through execution and wrap-up
• Build timelines, track deliverables, and provide status updates
• Align projects with property and portfolio goals, deadlines, and quality standards
• Partner with leadership to define guest criteria and offer values
• Flag risks and drive issue resolution with property and vendor partners
• Collaborate with property marketing, special events, Direct Mail, Analytics, Studio, Brand, and Internal Services
• Create event and offer details and route them for approval
• Open and manage purchase orders and contracts and coordinate vendors
• Monitor budgets, reconcile post-event expenses, and capture learnings
• Lead project-status and campaign-review calls
• Review creative for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand compliance
• Proof and QA direct mail and email assets before deployment
• Initiate and expedite workflows through the Salesforce marketing process tool
• Draft value propositions and compelling copy
• Review and provide critical creative feedback
• Approve marketing materials based on factual job details and creative guidance
• Share best practices and improve templates, processes, and team workflows
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
• 2 or more years in a marketing coordinator or specialist role with proven project coordination
• Comfortable with Project/Workflow Management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic budget tracking
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through across multiple projects
• Confidence working with leaders and cross-functional partners
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• One-year previous Marketing experience within the Casino industry preferred
• Computer literate; experience working with Microsoft suite, Adobe and Workfront products a plus
• Must be able to organize and maintain a wide variety of activities in a multi-tasking fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of business acumen necessary to troubleshoot and solve problems with moderate guidance from supervisor
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize activities
• Must successfully be able to present a vision and create advocates
• Ability to be vocal with ideas and not afraid to present challenges to property partners, senior team, and peers
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• This is a hybrid position and requires three days in office each week at a domestic Caesars Entertainment property

Demonstrates strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and budget tracking, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
