RN Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our health care team in a reputable skilled nursing facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to high-quality resident care.

This full time position starts at $42.00 + per hour based on experience and qualifications. The hours are 10:30am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays but rotating on call weeks.

This position will serve as the “go-to” for nurses and CNAs on the floor and also will provide direct care to residents as needed. This position will assist in managing staff education, training and competencies. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a current RN license, be detail orientated, have demonstrated knowledge and training in nursing. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, & develop employees. A minimum of one year of leadership experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
