Overview
Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital.
Compensation& Benefits
Pay range for this position is $34.25 - $51.13 per hour, based on years of licensure. This is an hourly position.
- 1 or more years of RN Experience preferred
- Limited weekend requirements: self‑scheduled per 6‑week plotter
- Weekend shifts schedule:
- 0–4 years of RN Experience = 4 weekend shifts
- 4–10 years of RN Experience = 3 weekend shifts
- 10–15 years of RN Experience = 2 weekend shifts
- 15+ years of RN Experience = no weekend shifts

Required qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in the appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan)
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS prior to start date
Preferred qualifications:
- BSN
- Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment
- Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
