? What You'll Be Doing:
As an LPN, you'll work under the direction of Registered Nurses and physicians, delivering direct patient care and supporting clinical operations.

Your role is essential to ensuring patients receive personalized, attentive, and high-quality care.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Administering prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitoring and documenting changes in patient conditions
• Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Recording vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient records
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and carry out care plans
• Following all safety and infection control procedures

? What We're Looking For:

• A current LPN license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to following established care protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• The ability to stay focused and organized in fast-paced settings
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility is preferred but not required
• A compassionate and patient-first mindset
