Job DescriptionThis facility is seeking a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Requirements- Schedule:
Night shifts 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday – Sunday, 3 consecutive shifts - Practice Setting:
Intensive Care Unit - Type of Cases:
Adult Critical Care - Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
- Certifications
Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), DEA Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), Board Certified - Licensure
Required:
Illinois state Medical License
