Overview
Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner for Critical Care to work locum shifts in Peoria, IL. Shifts available 7p-7a, Monday to Sunday, 10-14 shifts per month.
Responsibilities- Provide care across Neuro, Cardiac, and Medical ICU step-down units.
- Perform procedures, including central line placement and intubations.
- Participate in management of patients requiring ventricular assist devices (VADs), VA ECMO, and heart transplant support.
- IL state license, active and unrestricted.
- Active board certification.
- Certifications:
ACLS and BLS. - Minimum 1 year of critical care experience.
- Competitive market rate based on availability, experience and certifications.
- Malpractice insurance provided.
