Bariatric Surgery - Advanced Practice Provider

Overview

Carle Health is seeking a Bariatric Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.

• Join a growing Bariatric Surgery team with a BC Bariatric/General Surgeon and dedicated support staff
• Blend of clinic and hospital responsibilities
• No call or weekend responsibilities
• Schedule will be Mon - Fri from 8 AM - 4:30 PM.
• The Bariatric Surgery APP will be responsible for the delivery of care to bariatric candidates and patients as well as pre/post‑operative assessment and responsibilities
• Be a part of patient treatment planning, counseling, and monthly office visits to review progress.
• In‑office procedures include wound assessment and lap band fills

• Master's degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant
• At least 1 year of APP experience required

• Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure / physician assistant licensure

The compensation range for this position is $60.72 - $78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
