Position Overview
Homecare Nurses Needed for Day Shifts in Peoria, IL 61614/61615/61604.
Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:00pm, 3:30pm-10:00pm, 9:00pm-7:00am, 11:00pm-8:00am.
Saturday & Sunday;
Both Shifts Available.

- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
