• Eighteen months recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Additional client-specific requirements as determined by facility

Med-Surg nurses (RN) provide care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures and manage patients receiving pharmaceutical treatment. Key duties include:

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care.
