Job Overview

At CVS Health®, you’re part of a team that simplifies health care by connecting patients with the right care. As a full‑time Clinician you will engage with health plan members via online Video Visits to support Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

• Conduct approximately 30‑minute Video Visits, including medication and medical history review, and educate members about their health.
• Work in a private space with adequate broadband, ensuring privacy and quality of care.
• Maintain 40 hours of availability per week, delivering at least 320 visit capacity units per month.
• Achieve a strong visit completion rate, consistently completing 220+ visits per month.
• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements, including regular training.

• Board‑certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant, with current state license(s).
• Certification preferred: FNP or AGNP for NPs.
• Experience with Signify Health In‑Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, or similar telehealth formats (preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi‑state licenses as required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with competency in electronic health record use.
• Independent, self‑directed clinician who can work without direct supervision.

• Dedicated to delivering only Video Visits (telehealth).
• Must have reliable broadband internet with video and audio, a quiet setting with a neutral background, and knowledge of CVS Health privacy guidelines.
• Proficient with information management systems and technology.
• Must meet minimum vision and hearing requirements for electronic devices.

• Base salary range: $95,738.00 – $ (actual offer depends on experience, education, geography).
• Potential incentive structure based on completed visits.
