Role Overview

As a registered nurse, you will provide patient care through assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation, ensuring adherence to standards and safety protocols.

• Assessing patient status via interviews, observations, and physical exams.
• Developing individualized care plans collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Implementing interventions to achieve expected outcomes and documenting progress.
• Modifying care plans based on patient condition changes.
• Performing bedside lab testing and troubleshooting equipment.
• Promoting patient and staff safety, advocating for patients, and ensuring compliance with safety goals.
• Sharing clinical knowledge, mentoring team members, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Communicating effectively within the team, prioritizing tasks, and providing goal-focused shift reports.
• Providing culturally sensitive patient education and ensuring care aligns with evidence-based practices and quality standards.
• Engaging in continuous self-development and team collaboration to enhance patient satisfaction and care outcomes.

• Current Illinois RN license and BLS certification.
• College diploma in Nursing.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and technical skills.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
