Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time & Part-Time
Location: Bement, IL Join the Haven of Bement Team!Haven of Bement is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. Whether you're an experienced nurse or looking to grow your career, you'll find a supportive environment, consistent scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
- Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift
- Active Illinois LPN license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Full-Time (30+ Hours per Week):
