• Pay Details: $32.00/hour + $1,162.00 Stipend (Travel)
• Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Hours: 36 Weekly Hours Expected
• Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Description:

Snap Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in corrections care to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients in a correctional care setting. LPN must have extensive experience in monitoring a broad range of medical conditions, recognize nursing principles and practices in providing professional nursing care under minimal supervision in a variety of settings and a thorough knowledge of nursing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Current unencumberedILLPN/LVN license
• 1yearexperiencepreferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a post-acute care facility, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, document medical history, and collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor vital signs for patient safety and comfort.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling tests, consultations, and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety guidelines.
