Compassus is seeking a Nurse Practitioner - PPV in Illinois to model Compassus values and deliver high-quality palliative and hospice care across patient locations. You will perform assessments, manage symptoms, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the Medical Director and IDT to ensure optimal care.
The role requires leadership in care planning, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and the ability to flex schedule to meet agency needs, including after-hours visits when needed.
