Pay range for this position is $31.67 - $47.47/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This Registered Nurse specializing in anticoagulation management plays a critical role in promoting patient safety and therapeutic effectiveness by managing anticoagulant therapy under provider-approved protocols. This role ensures adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines through direct patient management to achieve optimal outcomes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing - Experience:
6 months experience as a registered nurse in ambulatory healthcare setting - Licensure/ Certification:
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license in good standing. Completion of OSF-approved Anticoagulation Nurse Clinic Education Course(s) (current or immediate enrollment upon hire). - Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and travel between clinic sites as needed.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record system.
- Licensure/ Certification:
Ambulatory anticoagulation or comparable area of specialty
