The Director of CoE Partnerships for Cardiology Care Pathways will play a pivotal role within GE Health Care’s global cardiology care area team, focused on shaping the future of cardiovascular care, cultivating and managing high-impact partnerships with leading cardiovascular institutions. This role focuses on developing and operationalizing initiatives that span clinical excellence, translational science, education, and innovation to improve patient outcomes and advance the standard of care.

The Director of CoE Partnerships for Cardiology Care Pathways will play a pivotal role within GE Health Care’s global cardiology care area team, focused on shaping the future of cardiovascular care, cultivating and managing high-impact partnerships with leading cardiovascular institutions. This role focuses on developing and operationalizing initiatives that span clinical excellence, translational science, education, and innovation to improve patient outcomes and advance the standard of care.

This is not a commercial sales role, nor a purely technical one—it requires someone who can operate across domains, build trust in complex environments, and drive meaningful impact through building and managing both relationships and technology.

Please note - we are open to candidates based in the US but the role will require frequent travel to Waukesha, WI and other US based clients approximately 25% of the time. GEHC will not be able to provide sponsorship for applicants now or in the future.

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with cardiology centers of excellence globally, fostering long-term collaboration across clinical, scientific, educational, and innovation domains.
• Initiate, develop and drive programs that generate measurable improvements in cardiovascular care delivery, research, and education.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving clinical practices in cardiology to inform strategic direction.
• Understand the needs of healthcare providers seeking to optimize and grow cardiovascular service lines.
• Serve as a trusted advisor externally (to clinical leaders) and internally (to product- and research-managers), identifying shared priorities and aligning GE Health Care’s technologies, data assets, and expertise to support joint objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement across GE Health Care teams (clinical, commercial, R&D, education, and digital) to support partnership execution.
• Lead initiatives that translate clinical insights into scalable innovations, including pilots, validation studies, and translational research programs.
• Represent GE Health Care in external forums, including academic conferences, advisory boards, and collaborative networks.
