Role Overview

This position involves applying professional nursing knowledge within an interdisciplinary team to deliver and manage patient care using the nursing process.

• Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical exams.
• Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Implement interventions to achieve expected outcomes and evaluate patient progress continuously.
• Modify care plans based on patient condition changes and document all activities accurately.
• Demonstrate professional accountability, maintain current skills, and promote team development.
• Operate and troubleshoot medical equipment, perform bedside lab testing, and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, utilize resources effectively, and prioritize based on patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members, advocate for patients, and provide goal-oriented shift reports.
• Assess learning needs, adapt patient education strategies considering cultural and developmental factors, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse with clinical knowledge, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient safety focus.
