Perform simple to moderately complex analytical laboratory testing in a GMP environment using scientific education and analytical chemistry experience. Interpret analytical data to determine conformance with specifications and support API, Raw Material, In-Process, and Drug Product testing laboratories

• Independently perform and verify trained laboratory techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve analytical and instrument issues.
• Identify and implement laboratory process improvements.
• Manage time effectively while completing multiple assignments.
• Identify and resolve obstacles affecting testing and product release.
• Take ownership of special projects supporting laboratory operations.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors and team members to support timely product release.
• Support regulatory agency audits as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
• 3+ years of laboratory experience
• Ability to work with general supervision and independently manage time and priorities.
• Ability to multitask based on completed training and qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• GMP experience strongly preferred.
