The Illinois Department of Human Services in Joliet is seeking a Quality Assurance Reviewer to perform comprehensive reviews of case records and call recordings for State and Federal Assistance programs to ensure compliance with SNAP, state and departmental regulations.
You will analyze data, conduct interviews with recipients and staff, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement. Travel with overnight stays is required. Occasional overtime may be required.
