Pro QC International is seeking a welding inspector for onsite inspection support in Urbana, Illinois. This is a 1099 contractor role with travel to client sites required.
Responsibilities include identifying nonconformances, documenting locations and severity, preparing inspection reports, and capturing photographs with scale as needed. Must have 1-3 years in welding inspection, knowledge of SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, ability to read drawings and weld symbols, and familiarity with AWS D1.1 or applicable
