• Execute menu items consistently and to Brienzo’s standards
• Work stations including pizza, prep, and necessary tasks for a functional kitchen
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH team
• Support a team-first environment—everyone helps everyone. We never say "that's not my job"!

• Line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable
• Willingness to learn multiple stations and grow with the team
