Overview

Sullivan's Foods is hiring for a Deli Department Manager to join our team!

As the Deli Department Manager, you will:

  • Lead a remarkable team of deli/food service customer service champions – you’ll be responsible for coaching, training, developing, and influencing your team to achieve department and store goals.
  • Provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest – whether they visit our store or call us for a special order or with questions.
  • Build exciting merchandising displays that help us sell more products to our guests and reach our gross profit goals.
  • Evaluate products for quality and freshness to ensure that the product we have available to our guests is only the highest quality.
  • Order product and ensure proper inventory levels.
  • Assist department team members with their job duties to include preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work setting, stocking product, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard and taking out the trash.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous retail/customer service and/or leadership experience preferred.
