In stores and online at  and , our community finds a wide range of internationally renowned sneakers and apparel brands for the latest fits from head to toe. We dive deep into subcultures, sponsor some of the biggest hip‑hop festivals and sports teams worldwide, and maintain close roots in the global street culture community.

We work closely with key figures from the scene, including DJ Khaled, our Chief Creative Officer, and prioritize community projects and grassroots initiatives.

SNIPES has always kept an ear to the streets to create meaningful impact. Through our community program “SNIPES serves” and its localised approach we support, empower and celebrate our dynamic culture.

The sales associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, including stock and replenishment, and maintaining the brand and overall appearance of the store.

• Achieve or exceed established goals such as sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, charge accounts and contests, and any other brand‑specific KPIs.
• Actively participate in all contests, promotions and sales incentive programs and maintain awareness of all sales promotions.
• Have a complete working knowledge of and use of selling skills and customer‑service standards as set forth in company training programmes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service; answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner.
• Meet company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge and store operations.
• Assist store management as needed to maintain the store; keep the sales floor and stock area clean and organised.
• Follow visual‑merchandising standards, including keeping fixtures straightened and filled, colourising displays, and other directives from the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager to take markdowns correctly and timely; complete work within deadlines and ask for additional assignments; perform with minimum supervision.
• Follow all security policies and procedures, including zone defence, and recognise and react to potential loss‑prevention issues.
• Watch for potential shortages through prompt servicing of customers, notifying management of external theft (shop‑lifting) and internal theft.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15 and 30 pounds.
