Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology. This role involves traveling up to 90 miles from home to retail locations, executing a range of in‑store tasks such as installing, updating, and repairing sales floor fixtures, endcaps, and displays, following planograms and client directives. The position is scheduled Monday–Friday, with no weekend requirement, and offers on‑site assignment flexibility and self‑scheduling options when available.

- Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork per 30‑day period
- Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated.
- Complete all assigned jobs by the scheduled end date.
- Install, build, and maintain displays, endcaps, and fixtures per planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure display functionality.
- Participate in early‑morning and team installations (2+ people).
- Manage virtual software and associated tasks.
- Assist team members as needed and contribute to team success.
- Accurately submit timecards and report anomalies daily.
- Engage in training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated workflows.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Collaborate with shared services and client teams to maintain operational efficiencies.
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
AvailabilityFlexible availability Monday‑Friday with weekend and holiday coverage as needed; early morning and late‑night availability may be required. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within each rolling 30‑day period.
Physical Abilities- Climb a ladder up to 10 feet.
- Lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Perform kneeling, walking, crouching, and overhead reach tasks.
Adapt to changing tasks and environments; communicate via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo capture, and uploading.
Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Preferred experience includes display installation and merchandising, hand and power tool proficiency, and planogram execution.
TechnologyMust own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and navigate platforms independently.
TrainingComplete all training assignments within designated time frames and work collaboratively and autonomously.
TransportationReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
