The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in Pandora's brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to both Managers and Sales Associates, playing a vital role in the success of the store.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated results-oriented selling ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a caring approach.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, delivering positive results.
• Excellent time management and task delegation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point-of-sale systems.
• Age 18 or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.

• Competitive base salary of $17.45 – $21.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.
