Part Time Customer Care Specialist

Job Location:

Scott Air Force Base, Scott Air Force Base, IL 62225.

Salary Range: $15.00 – $17.00 hourly.

Hours:

25 hours per week (Part‑Time).

• Assist with all aspects of customer service, both in‑store and online.
• Research and provide quotes, review orders, and enter information with the highest level of accuracy.
• Perform cashier duties and stock items.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Customer service experience in a retail environment, with a track record of exceeding expectations.
• Experience using a computer‑based cash register.
• Detail‑oriented with strong online research skills and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
