Inventory & Logistics Lead

I’m currently partnering with a growing organization looking to add an experienced Inventory & Logistics Lead to their team. This is a high‑impact role focused on optimizing ordering, inventory flow, and retail fulfillment operations—particularly within a big box retail environment.
If you enjoy owning the end‑to‑end logistics strategy while working cross‑functionally with retail partners and 3PLs, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead day‑to‑day logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Manage ordering and forecasting alignment with major retail partners (Walmart experience highly preferred).
- Serve as a key point of contact with external buying teams and internal stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Partner with 3PL providers to ensure seamless operations and negotiate service agreements.
- Lead and develop a small team, fostering a collaborative and performance‑driven environment.
- Experience supporting big box retail accounts (Walmart strongly preferred).
- Strong background in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and improve operational performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage external relationships.
- Hands‑on, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Work Schedule: On site/hybrid.
Compensation: $70-120k.
