Job Description General Qualifications
Minimum 4 year total combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge are acceptable. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management
- Four years’ experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management, sales or merchandising
- Four years on the job experience in management or comparable military experience
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8am and 9pm
- Overtime may be required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR) required
- Ability to successfully pass company background check, substance abuse test, and acceptable reference check from previous employers
