AE - Stock Associate - Evening; Off

Overview

You are a part-time stock brand Ambassador responsible for moving product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You’ll uphold AEO Brand Standards, maintain an eye for merchandising, and apply a keen attention to detail. The Stockroom is your base, but you may support the Sales floor and guests as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work daily.

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising to align with brand standards.
• Manage the Stockroom to ensure efficiency and productivity, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to complete non-stock tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures in both the Stockroom and on the Sales floor.

• You love AE and Aerie products and enjoy organization with strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management.
• You have flexible availability to start early, work late, or on weekends.
• You have experience in a stock-related role.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and rewards at AEO’s discretion.
