The work you do behind the scenes makes everything in front of the customer feel effortless.

You’ll make sure the countless details that keep a busy retail store running don’t fall through the cracks.

  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly: Balance daily deposits, generate reports, assist with store goals, and help ensure day-to-day operations stay organized.
  • Welcome Every Guest: Be one of the first faces customers see, creating a friendly, professional first impression.
  • Support the Sales Team: Manage internet sales inquiries, prepare information, answer questions, and help remove obstacles so the team can focus on serving customers.
  • Own the Details: Order supplies, maintain accurate records, and follow through to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Communicate Constantly: Work with customers, sales professionals, managers, and other departments to keep everyone informed and projects moving forward.
  • Adapt Throughout the Day: Priorities change. New requests come in. You’ll shift gears while staying organized and maintaining accuracy.
