Flexibility to travel to other All About Eyes facilities in surrounding areas such as:
Champaign, Bloomington, Moline, Peru and other locations in IL directed by area manager.

, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Optician I to join our team. No optical experience required—we provide full training!

• Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
• Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
• Maintain optical inventory and displays
• Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
• Cross-train in other departments for career growth

• 0–3 years of experience (customer service or sales preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
