AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

Overview

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and to represent our company values with your authentic self.

• You are a people person and engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friendly, customer-first approach.
• You educate guests on AE and Aerie product, making product recommendations that fit their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• You can flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You are a team player and support your colleagues to get the job done.
• You maintain integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people and have high energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends and holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

• Starting pay is determined by factors including experience and location.
• Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level, location, classification, and years of service.
• Associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and rewards at the company’s discretion, subject to eligibility requirements.
