Collaborate with team members to build a strong meat department, communicate with colleagues, and adapt to business needs including working in other areas as required;
Demonstrate knowledge of meat department operations, product safety, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance;
Cut, grind, wrap, trim boneless meat products according to established standards and maintain product quality;
Use handheld technology to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience, making decisions related to production and quality with customers in mind;
Ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per company policies; maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready area.
