Overview
Fast paced, success-oriented occupational health facility in the Peoria area is looking for an Operations / Business Development professional to join our team. Must be energetic, a team player, customer service oriented and committed to success. Responsible for making day-to-day operational decisions, working and interacting with department managers and working with existing and prospective employer clients. Previous experience in occupational health preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Prior experience working with Quick Books, Balance Sheets, and P&L Statements is a must. Salary commensurate with experience.
- Work with ownership to maintain profitability
- Manage revenue cycles and oversee Accounts Receivables Department
- Communicate effectively with department managers on internal and external issues
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Previous experience in operations; sales; customer service; marketing; healthcare or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline- and detail-oriented
