FTTH Sales Specialist

As a Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility is to drive the sales of FTTH services to residential customers. You will develop and execute sales strategies such as canvassing and D2D activity, establish and maintain client relationships, and promote FTTH services to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of FTTH technology and a strong ability to communicate its benefits to potential customers.

• Year 1 average earnings: $65,000 - $70,000 / top performers exceed $90k
• Base: $30,000 + uncapped commission + bonus
• Bonuses:

• Proven experience in D2D or telecommunications sales
• Strong knowledge of fiber technology and services

• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Adept at building and maintaining relationships with customers

• This position involves daily travel and D2D sales activities
• Sales targets may require occasional evening or weekend work
