In short... We did the hard work, we have the right product-market fit, the market conditions are perfect, the demand for this is incredible, and the right sales team driving this is going to unlock global scale within a year.

• You’re a seasoned relationship-builder with years of experience in sales or partnerships
• You’ve worked with retailers, sponsors, or brands
• You are a closer
• You work hard and stay motivated
• You enjoy fantasy, fandom, storytelling, and the power of impact-driven branding
• You are capable of providing Clear Communication
• You are familiar with Agile, Fast-paced environments
• You are capable of adapting in the event of a change
• You are on time and keep to meeting cadences
• You are able to research and retain information about this industry
• You are not afraid of cold-calls and cold-mail outreach methods
• You handle client objections and rejections well

Your Mission:

Drive outbound Sales

• Forge powerful partnerships with top game stores, comic shops, and fantasy retail hubs
• Roll out a regional media-worthy tournament series that launches MageTCG into the world
• Drive foot traffic, pre-orders, and real-world brand visibility
• Lay the foundation for an exclusive network of long-term retail partners
• Impactfully manage and nurture Customer Relationships
