Generator Sales Specialist (100% Commission | $150K–$300K+)

This is a 100% commission role for self‑motivated sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential and thrive in a performance‑driven environment. Top reps generate $1.5M–$3M+ annually – earning $150K–$300K+.
What You’ll Do- Run company‑provided leads + generate your own opportunities
- Conduct in‑home consultations and close standby generator systems
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Build referral networks and maintain a strong pipeline
- Proven success in high‑ticket sales
- Driven, self‑starter mindset
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable in a commission‑only structure
- 100% commission (uncapped)
- Realistic earnings $150K–$300K+
- Field‑based role with flexible schedule
- Availability for 1–2 Saturdays per month based on demand
