This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on successfully completed transactions and may vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and prevailing market conditions. In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, theanticipatedannualized commission range for individuals in this role is $0.00 to $500,000+.

• Represent clients in the sale of commercial real estate investment properties

Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer and posted commission ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay transparency regulations.
